HellHire.org respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
1. How to File a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that content hosted on HellHire.org infringes your copyright, send a written notice including the following:
- Your full name and contact information (email address preferred)
- A detailed description of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed
- The exact URL(s) of the allegedly infringing material
- A statement: βI have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.β
- A statement under penalty of perjury: βThe information in this notice is accurate and I am the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.β
- Your physical or electronic signature

2. Counter-Notification (If Your Content Was Removed)
If your post was taken down due to a DMCA claim and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice with:
- Your name, address, and contact information
- The content URL(s) removed and a statement requesting restoration
- A statement under penalty of perjury: βI have a good faith belief that the material was removed due to a mistake or misidentification.β
- A statement consenting to jurisdiction in U.S. Federal Court (District of Delaware)
- Your electronic signature
We will forward your counter-notice to the original complainant. If they do not file a lawsuit within 10β14 business days, the content may be restored.

HellHire.org is committed to transparency, free speech, and the fight against employer abuse β while respecting community standards and applicable law.
Content That May Be Removed:
- Personal data: full names, phone numbers, home addresses, social media links (unless public figures or corporate roles)
- Unsubstantiated criminal accusations
- Coordinated harassment or doxxing
- Spam, phishing, malware links, or clearly fraudulent content
- Duplicate or bot-generated posts
β οΈ Satire, opinion, and workplace commentary are allowed β even if critical or negative β as protected by U.S. free speech laws.
What We DO NOT Remove:
- Negative reviews with workplace context
- Allegations against employers supported by testimony or patterns
- Whistleblower posts that avoid personal identifiers
