- Unsafe or exploitative conditions
- Misleading job offers
- Layoffs or union-busting
- Wage theft, fraud, or labor law violations

- Stick to the facts.
✅ “I worked there from 2022 to 2024. They withheld two weeks’ pay.”
❌ “These greedy scumbags robbed me!” - Avoid defamation.
Never accuse someone of a crime without proof. Use qualifiers like “allegedly”, “in my experience”, or “I believe”. - Keep it anonymous — but credible.
Provide job titles, timelines, and details, even without your name. - Protect private data.
Don’t post SSNs, addresses, or phone numbers. Only name public-facing executives. - Attach evidence when possible.
Upload redacted screenshots, emails, or contracts that support your report.
